We are pleased to present our new helpdesk platform. From now on you have a much more powerful ticket system at your disposal. The new system allows us to process your requests even better and more targeted.
What will change for you as a customer? You also benefit from a better overview of your created tickets. In addition, you now have the option of simply replying to the notification e-mail of a ticket instead of having to write your response in the online form. Please only make sure that you do not change the ticket number in the e-mail subject.

It is now also possible to combine several employees from your company into one company profile. All registered employees can create and view tickets. Please let us know the list of employees to be entered, if this function is relevant for you.
When you log on to the new Helpdesk system for the first time, existing tickets from the old system are migrated automatically. Tickets older than 7 days are automatically closed. You will receive an e-mail for each ticket. If you think that the ticket has not yet been resolved, please reopen it by replying to the e-mail or by adding a new message here in the helpdesk system.
