"Forgot password" doesn't work

Some users encounter problems with the "Forgot password" function.

Actually the mails are being sent,

- first an e-mail with the verify link that has to be clicked in order to receive
- a second e-mail with the new generated password.

But the new password doesn't seem to work!

If the received password doesn't seem to be valid, please copy and paste it into a text editor (e.g. notepad).

Presumably you'll find a blank character after the password, although you copied the password characters only within your mail client.

If you now copy the password once again out of your text editor and paste it into the login password field, the login should work fine.
