Although automatic certificate mailing is enabled, the certificates are not sent to the participants automatically.
The possible reasons are:
1. The cronjob for sending certificates automatically does not exist or is not activated.
2. You didn't upload a certificate template to the learning course.
3. The catalogue of questions contains open questions. In that case the certificates have to be sent manually after evaluation.
