You can enable the global playlists under Configuration -> Media -> Media Settings -> Activate Playlists.
From then on, users will find a new "+" button under a media, which can be used to add media to a playlist or to remove the media from a playlist. In addition, new playlists can also be created here.
An overview including the possibility to edit all playlists can be found as a new button in the header of VIMP.
There you can edit the playlist name, remove media from playlists, change the order of the media within the playlist using drag'n'drop and share your playlists (including embed code).
